This is the most important chart pushing and pulling your portfolio.  The Fed's Open Market Committee meets tomorrow and will release its view of the economy at 2 pm eastern.  Yes, while the market is open.  What's the use of having all that power if you can't demonstrate the ability to move the market up or down.  Our view is that the Fed should moderate or maybe even eliminate its talk of raising interest rates.
