Hey, Guess What?

Let's get it out of the way. Each and every time a President nominates a Supreme Court Justice, it's political;  each and every time the opposing party says No Way, it's political.

Now that this is acknowledged our guess for what President Obama will do.

We believe that the nominee will be an Asian American judge, presently sitting on the federal bench.

Maybe United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York Pamela Chen.  Born in Chicago and working in Brooklyn.
