The Oil Barons Join Mom & Pop

Bernie and Hillary and even some of the Republicans are happy to trot out the mythical Mom and Pop'sters who are being forced out of business because of some Big Box trying to earn a living for several million workers and shareholders.

But what about so-called Big Oil, also the source of a living for hundreds of thousands of workers and shareholders?  We hear that the oil belt in the US, from Texas to the Dakota's are being devastated by the oil glut and the record low prices.  Who do you think is responsible?

Are the Saudi's, the folks who tried to choke our economy with high oil prices, now trying to kill our energy industry?

Perhaps the biggest Big Lie of the last fifty years is the panic provoked by government over running out of oil.  Remember the gas station lines courtesy of Jimmy Carter?  Remember the predictions that a gallon of petrol would cost $5 or even more?

Now government is on the road to converting $40-an-hour oil workers into $12-an-hour solar installers.
