No Wonder He's Not A Star

Here ar at least two sides to Ron Insana, one from his tvdays, the one on the right more recent.

OK, we apologize for seeming to pick on Ron Insana.  You know Ron:  he was a reporter and anchor on Cnbc (in fact, for its predecessor, FNN).  He helped run Insana Capital Partners until that hedge fund collapsed because, well, it lost money.

Now he is hanging on the outskirts of financial media and just moments ago he appeared as an expert on Cnbc's Street Signs.  We didn't record it or write it down but, in basic, he just said that he thinks the market is a bull market but that we may see some weakness in September.

This is like Dr. Martin Luther King saying back then that he expected black minorities by become ruling majorities (President?) but there might well be some lynch parties along the way.

In other words, Ron is betting on Red and Black at the same time, ignoring of course the double zero.

This kind of thinking is the hallmark of other tv experts who continue to say that the market going down is actually good.
