We Need A Better Cliche

A Chief Financial Officer for a public company resigned yesterday, giving only a week's notice, to spend more time with his family.  That company's stock, which we don't have in client accounts, is down 4% in early trading.

Someone has to come up with a better cliche reason when this happens.  It is virtually the most obvious Sell signal for a holding.
